Hi omar.. Have to say that its not easy to miss an item listed as new with defects and spelled out.

An unpaid strike is not the way to go. Contact seller and tell him you regret your decision to purchase and would he be willing to file a cancel transaction that you would accept when asked by ebay.

Sellers are not obligated to agree but many will.
