Question will the try to send again it delivered by speedpak canada but not sure how to contact them

I don't think there IS a Speedpak Canada. It's likely it was handed off to Canada Post. Does Canada Post normally deliver parcels to your house or to a PO box or community mailbox? If either of the latter two, then they likely left a card telling you to go to the post office to pick it up.

Do you have a secure place for the parcel to be left or must it be signed for by an adult?
