Can a seller re-auction an item they have sold to you?

I won something in an auction now the sell thinks it was not enough money are they allowed to reneg on the auction and re-list the item?

Not without consequences.

If you have paid and he has not shipped, you can open an Item Not Recieved dispute. If he cannot prove delivery, you would be refunded in full.

You can leave feedback. The most effectiver feedback is calm and factual. "Refused to sell at winning bid."

You can leave Detailed Seller Ratings which are more important than feedback. If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3 his ability to list and to sell is severely restricted. The normal transaction get 5 stars. The lowest rating is ONE star. No dsr's is a free pass.
