Hi, I just recently won 4 auctions from one seller and they sent me an invoice which I paid. I rechecked my purchases the next day and realized they had added in shipping fees on the invoice. All 4 purchases were listed as Free Shipping, I only bid on auctions with free shipping. Sent a message but they have not responded. What do I do? How do I complain to eBay?

Ok, this is a seller from China, all auctions had Free Economy Shipping to Worldwide (which takes longer It appears that they changed the shipping method when they sent the invoice which cost money. That is not fair that they did that

Were there several different items at different prices clumped together in the listing?
As in- you find a listing that appears to be a mobile phone for one cent, but when you open it, the penny item is a piece of plastic to go over the screen and the phone is $250.00? And yes, there are listings like that, and I am baffled by why they are allowed.
