Does eBay allow people to sell copywritten products passing it off as their own?

I messaged ebay a while ago about someone doing this and they seem to have ignored it?

Contact the copyright holder with the link/URL.

Most if not all, have a contact link on their webpage; often at the bottom.

Many, for example MIcrosoft, even have an infringement contact page.

They'll address it with eBay.
