Your friendly but cornfused Canuck here.
Has eBay renamed the shipping method in listings that use GSP? In the past I could have sworn that it actually said GSP or Global Shipping Program. Now it appears that these eBay listings show "International Priority Shipping to Canada" and if you click on the ? beside the shipping method you see:
This amount includes seller-specified domestic shipping charges as well as applicable international shipping, handling, and other fees. This amount is subject to change until you make payment. For additional information, see the Global Shipping Program terms and conditions
Did the GSP create such a bad taste that this renaming was done?

Hello Tyler,
See additional post. More of the same from Intelcom. Even if you check for Intelcom site for other deliveries(sellling sites) very rarely are they inputted. Buyers rely on tracking to A make sure they will be home when goods arrive and B to prevent porch pirates which is a thing in Canada

Exactly. With Canada Post, if I am not home in my apartment when delivery is attempted I can drive over to the postal outlet 5 mins away and get the parcel. With Intelicom since I am in an apartment block, they can deliver it elsewhere and say it is delivered. I do not want a refund if the item is not delivered. I want the item which is extremely hard to get. Don't offload the last mile delivery to save the almighty buck.
This company has 3 weeks. Yes, 3 **bleep** weeks to deliver a parcel that apparently is in Toronto to Winnipeg. Yet their tracking system shows that they haven't even gotten the parcel. That is if the tracking system even works.
If item was being delivered by Canada Post it would take them a week max. I paid close to 1/2 the cost of the item in shipping and fees and this is how the GSP handles it. Not much wonder 17+ year eBay user has soured on eBay and only use it as a last resort.
