I paid for an item and on my ebay the item is showing shipped. Though ebay removed the listing saying to wait 10 days for delivery or ignore paying. What happened. Seller still selling 2 other items.
Hello 'sunshine110...',
You don't say what the item is, where it is coming from, or when you paid. That
can sometimes be useful.
If ebay removed the listing it may just be a copyright VeRO thing. But if the listing
has been removed, . . . how, then, is it showing shipped?
Either it is removed or it is still there.
If the seller is still selling, it may just have been a problem with that particular item,
because when ebay shuts down a criminal all listings are down, and the seller eventually
becomes 'Not a Registered User'.
If that happens, wait 10 days if you like, but a NaRU seller is a sign that you might need
to file a claim for reimbursement.
If you have already seen that the item is shipped, it is probably on its way. Many items
(legitimate or otherwise) have been pulled by ebay for alleged VeRO violations after
someone has paid, and the seller shipped the item out anyway.
Why not?, if she's been paid.
If, however, a month goes by and no item, contact the seller. If that amounts to nothing,
you may need to open a dispute for an Item Not Received.
The following link will tell you all about that, if you have not already seen it. There is
a further link to the Resolution Center at the bottom you can use, should it ever come to that:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
For now, though, give it a reasonable length of time to see if it arrives. International orders
can take a long time. Even within Canada, items can easily take a full 2 weeks to cross
the country.
Good luck.
