You bought Thing #1

The seller shipped it.

Do you have a tracking number?

You bought Thing #2

The seller shipped it.

It has been delivered.

If you have tracking you can look on the shipper's website and see what locations it has passed through.

If the seller used the postal system, once it enters Canada, usually the tracking will switch to Canada Post.

Even if you do not have tracking, eBay gave you an estimated window for delivery.

Has the last date passed?

If it has, you can open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
If it has not, mark the last estimated date for arrival on your calendar.

When the estimated delivery date closes you have 30 days to open a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

The resolution centre is automatic, reasonably fast, and efficient.  Do NOT try to use Customer Service for a Dispute, they can't help.

Keep in mind that the postal system has been slowed by the pandemic. However, I have twice had Sunday deliveries from Canada Post, so they seem to be flexible.
