If you accidentally ordered two and were charged for them Contact the Seller on the listing and explain the problem.

She will tell you to ship one back.

You can do this from your Paypal account but you may need a Small Business Solutions number to get their discounts . The number is free from Canada Post's website.

If you only ordered one and the seller doubled the order, she should supply the return shipping label.

If she is in the USA she can do this through Shippo, but you may have to tell her how much you would have to pay for the return shipping label. (Use metric measurements when calculating from the link above.)

If she is elsewhere in the world, she can send you the cost of postage using Paypal's Send Money/Friends and Family service.

When the item is back in her hands, eBay and Paypal will back you if she does not refund promptly.

If she made the error and does not want to pay for the return shipping, open a Not As Described dispute with eBay (you have only 30 days from delivery for this) or Paypal (you have 180 days from Payment for this).
