At the moment the union is refusing overtime (eg "work to rule").
Not actually walking out.
There are rumours that management may lock the workers out. They've done that before.
It is interesting that when the workers decide they will only do the job they are contracted to do, that the whole system slows to a crawl.
Makes you think about how much they are doing out of committment to the job and for the good of the customers, eh?
