Why isn't seller answering a legitimate question about their product?

Well it's Sunday. They may not work weekends.

We had a Show this weekend, and had much less time to pay attention to eBay.

The question may be answered in the Description or in the Item Specifics. (Not an excuse, though. Some buyers use asking as a way of guaging customer service.)

Some sellers may not understand English.

Many sellers look at Feedback, particularly left for others, before considering the question itself.

 

But it is a good reason to move on to another seller.
