was wondering if its common if u buy a bunch of auction off a seller  then 7 days later u buy more off the seller thats ending and the one that u baught  7 days before that hasnt arrived but the ones u baught 7 days after have came shouldt the ones u baught first show up before the ones u baught 7 days later i sent him a msg and he told me two wait they should be there any day but im starting to think the ones i baught first sold to cheap so he never sent them im i right to think that

neither were tracked and yes both are past due date my main question really is is it still possible for me two get the first package since the second one has already came

Well, you are contradicting yourself.

The earlier purchase has not arrived?

The second purchase HAS arrived?

Yes, it is possible that a package sent on say March first might arrive later than a package sent on April first.

(The long space between those example was exaggerated for effect.)

It depends on what boat/container/flight each got on.

There are fewer flights these days, and most passenger flights carried cargo (and mail) as well as people.

Forget the second package. You have it. The product is fine. All is well.

Contact the seller. Tell him your (first) purchase has not arrived. Don't mention the second purchase. Keep it simple.

Ask for the date of shipping and the service used. Ask for the tracking number.

Mostly you are gauging his customer service.

If he can give you a shipping date,he is probably well organized and the purchase is on its way.

Look at the last estimated date for delivery. You have 30 days from that date to open a Not Received Dispute with eBay.

Mark it on your calendar.

How patient do you want to be?

If the last date has passed, you have the right to open the Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Since the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

Or the seller might refund you before you need to open a Dispute.

If the purchase arrives after you have been refunded, you can return the refund using Paypal's Send Money service.
