You can add "gift addresses' to your Paypal account.
If the account is Canadian, you can only add Canadian addressses.
For overseas addresses, your seller may agree to ship, but be aware that he is also entitled to correct the shipping to cover his much higher costs. He will probably want to use an Air Mail serviceand include tracking and insurance.
You could also have him ship to you, no change there, and then send it on to the other address yourself.
