I'm not really sure though what you mean by picking up at the border.   Was the item sent via courier and you are planning on being your own broker?

What address did you give the seller? Your own? A USPS mailbox?

Since you are a new member, we are worried that you sent your payment to some sort of scammer.

Although the Location is supposed to be the location of the item, many dropshippers use their own location instead, whether on purpose or through misunderstanding the policy.
