is this a problem with ebay, the seller, or my credit card company?

paid several invoices using credit card, but they are stuck in "still processing"?

and they are showing as "pending" in my unpaid items section. 

order page shows hour-glass rather than dollar sign.

any help on this?

It is common to see the hour glass or pending message immediately after payment with credit card. It would not have anything to do with the seller, it is most likely the payment processor confirming the funds are there and doing the exchange (if there is one). I've seen it there myself and by the time I walk away to do something else and come back everything is A-okay. It has likely gone through by now (hopefully!)
