Hi,
I have my ebay tracking number but my order has not recieved yet because of the wrong address. it is with post office but it seems ebay tracking number doesnt work for post office. how can I find post office tracking number from ebay tracking number?

Are you the BUYER?
Tracking is a Seller Protection, and does nothing for the buyer. Perhaps some emotional support or more likely anguish.
EBay gave you a window for delivery. Has the last date for delivery passed?
If it has not, put the last day on your calendar and don't stress until it passes.
If it has, open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
If the seller cannot prove Delivery you will be refunded.
Bad news, if you provided that 'wrong address' and the tracking shows delivery there, you will not be refunded.
If you provided a wrong address and the carrier (Canada Post?) cannot deliver there, you will not be refunded.
What shipping service did you use? Not where did you buy the shipping label, but what service did you choose? Canada Post? UPS? DHL?
You can enter the tracking number on the website of the shipper.
The "eBay" tracking number is the Canada Post tracking number.

Who gave the wrong address?
If it was you who made a mistake transcribing the address, you owe the buyer a refund if she opens a Dispute.
Eventually the shipment will get back to you.
Even in normal times, this was slow. With the pandemic disruption, it may takes weeks or even months, so don't keep your customer waiting.
If the customer gave you the wrong address, or has the wrong address on his eBay/Paypal account, you are not at fault and are not legally required to do anything.
EBay considers the shipment to be Undeliverable, and you are not required to refund a penny.
However, that would not be ethical.
So when the shipment returns to you, again this could take months, you can voluntarily refund the buyer. The amount is up to you. Personally, I would reduce the original payment by my costs for fees and for shipping, but that is your choice.
