I beleive you are over charging me on selling on Ebay?????????????????
Could you be more precise?
You don't have a Store, so while you get 50 Free Listings a month, you are paying 30 cents each for the other 31 current listings.
Then there is a 10% FVF on each sold item and another 10% on shipping charges*.
And eBay recently was forced to charge GST on those fees.
In addition, but billed separately is the 30c+2.9% Paypal fee on each payment you receive.
Is there something you are seeing that isn't covered by those?
The shipping FVF has been around for over a year but the GST has only been charged for a couple of months.
And, completely unrelated, what was the video that your unhappy customer mentions? I'm just nosy.
*Based on your first domestic rate, so if you use Free** Domestic Shipping, you would pay 10% of 0% on all shipping even on a 10kilo package to Nigeria Priority Post.
**Dont' Panic! - Free Shipping just means including the basic cost of shipping and packaging in your asking price. Because $10 +$5 shipping is exactly the same amount as $15 +Free Shipping.

You are not taking to eBay here -- just other sellers and buyers.
Check out the details in your accounting section:

Do not forget that since July, eBay collects GST, HST, QST (depending where you live) on selling fees.
