I blocked buyers. Does eBay allow them to get a new user name right away?

Hi,

Majority of buyers who I had to file for un paid offence had (0) feedback for last 3 years of my business with eBay. I assume those are notorious for un paid offence, their user name blocked.But they get a new name and move on.

Is there anything we can do about it ?

You blocking non payers does not close their accounts. They can still bid/buy from other sellers if those sellers do not have blocks set up.

Anyone that you have placed on your blocked bidders list or if you have your buyer requirements set to block bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months and they use a different account to bid on your items, you can and should report such person. They are not allowed to buy from a seller once the seller has blocked them unless they are placed on the seller's exemption list.
