As mentioned in your previous thread, you might need to do a charge back depending on how much time has passed.

Hi .. Claims must be filed in the resolution center of your PayPal account within 45 days of payment..

If the deadline has been missed and payment was funded with a credit card , call the 800 # on reverse of card and ask if a chargeback is possible. Have all payment details on hand when calling.
