I think I bought an item but do not have any idea if you received payment?? Just wondering how can I check if I bought the items or not. I got a ebay card and put the amount for the item but did not get any feed back on if you got my request on buying the item..

Can you let me know if the item is being shipped or not.

Log into  "MY EBAY" and click on purchase history.

That will show your recent purchases.

What did you think you were buying?

Gift cards are not the usual way of paying here- simplest is a credit card (which is protected by your card's buyback policy) or Paypal (which is protected by Paypal's Buyer Protection) and if either of those are used you are protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

This is a member to member Board and your seller is unlikely to be here, ever.

EBay employees don't come here all that often either.

What is the transaction number of your purchase?

What made you think gift cards would be necessary?

Were you asked to text the "seller"?

Where did you send the cards?

Maybe it's because it is nearly 2am, and I have been baking cookies and bingewatching The Good Place, but this does not sound good.
