is refunding my orders by opening and closing a case one by one without my customers consent on the claim that my account has been compromised. What is going on? Can they do this?
There is effectively no Seller or Buyer Protection for digitally shipped items (like your Nook Miles).
This is because there is no way for the seller to prove that he has sent the digital items or for the buyer to prove that he has not received them.
