Why am I unable to set secret questions?

I first noticed this problem months ago, and it's still happening! I choose my three different secret questions and enter my three completely different answers and I consistently get this error message - "The answer to each secret question must be different." But they ARE different!

It's meant to provide some level of account security, is no one ever going to fix this? Has anyone ever been able to set secret questions on their account?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, and restarting? It sounds dumb, but sometimes it works for stuff such as this.

If that fails, you might have to call eBay Customer Service and open a tech fix ticket.
