DHL deliveries Do they require phone number and email?

I just made a purchase and seller is asking for this info. Saying DHL requires it. True?

Phone is a requirement for International orders.....In case there are customs or delivery questions.  I believe email would be for the custom fees. With DHL & others those need to be paid in advance (Prior to delivery - Because of Covid, they  will not collect at the door.)

The Seller should already have your email (and phone number if you gave one to ebay). The Seller can see it by looking at the purchase order details. The email will disappear from the order details 14 days after the item was sold.
