Does Canada Post offer standard letter service on eBay?

I am new to selling and I would like to ship some trading cards in small bubble mailers, which I do not think are considered packages or parcels.

I would like to know if I will have an option to print a label for a regular envelope service using eBay or must I buy stamps from the post office.

I've checked this page and there only seems to be parcel services.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can't buy standard letter mail postage throug ebay or paypal.

You can however buy books of stamps at your local Post Office and many other locations including Drug Stores and Gas Stations.
