Hey,
I am not sure if the seller shipped my item. I don't see the 'item shipped' icon anywhere in my 'activity' or in my 'purchase history'. Can someone help me out. Thanks.
Have you tried contacting the seller?
If the seller used PayPal to print the shipping label, it automatically shows as shipped as soon as the label is printed, otherwise the seller has to manually mark the item as shipped. Not all sellers do so. Wait 2 or 3 weeks and contact the seller to ask if the item was shipped. In almost every case, the seller simply forgot to mark the item as shipped.
Whatever the seller tells you, if the item hasn't arrived, open an item not received dispute no later than day 43.
