No, you cannot pick up your item at eBay..

....your not buying the item from ebay, your purchasing from an "Independent" Seller who could be even located on a beach on Figi.

That's the issue with eBay today the "Brand" the novice buyers think eBay works like Amazon, except eBay does not have the inventory on hand...

eBay was created as a place for USED articles then it got infected with cheap Chinese tat.

eBay should promote the "Recycled" and 'Used" for the circular economy we are becoming....
