I am offering combined shipping. Sent a invoice - the new ship amount was not added it came out as 0 charge to ship. how do I fix

I am offering combined shipping.  I sent a invoice with the new shipping amount revised. 

I did not click on recalculate on the invoice and sent the invoice.  The invoice was sent with no shipping fee charged.

Can I resend a invoice and how do I change the shipping amount so it reflects the new amount.
