Has anyone bought an item from a seller in china who claims to of shipped the item via ec-firstclass

I bought an item over 9 weeks ago. The seller says don't worry it's coming, here is the shipment tyracking #. Only problem is the website, ec-firstclass is bogus, you can type in any number and it gives you all the same info, just different addresses. The seller is in China, I don't want to give him a low rating unless the item eventually shows. Anyone else had this issue ?

I had this happen recently, ask them to send the tracking info from there end. My seller did this for me and from what i could tell it was in china storage/ border or what ever anyone wants to call it for almost a month. A few weeks later item arrived. If it was shipped it is unfair to punish them as china has many problems we dont face over here esp when it comes to shipping/ theft etc. You only have 45 days after payment to file claims etc by the way.
