What is the BV of the card.

Which means it's selling for $21.16.

The seller pays the same amount in fees whether it is a $21 card with 16 cents in shipping or vice versa.

And of course there is the Global Shipping Program.

If you want to help the seller out, tell him to sign in to eBaydotCA and give his postal code as K0A 0A6 (that's the House of Commons).

Then he sees what his Canadian customers are seeing.

Can be a wake up call.

The listings of US sellers who use the Global Shipping Program (GSP) will show all shipping and import costs up front. The cost of shipping is not in the control of the sellers but the Post Office and Pitney Bowes (the maker of the postal machines). You can limit your buying to the US sellers who do not use the GSP. You will still have to pay import fees but they will be less and you will pay after the item has arrived.
