I do have the tracking number.But in the buyer's country,we can't find any information,in my experiense,only in this country. Now, I can know the item left the the customs safly.but I can not find the information after that. I can't confirm whether the buyer received it or not
How can I do?
If you can't show delivery , will lose a claim filed with PayPal.
If buyer has filed , refund and ask that they repay on arrival.
Call Canada Post and open a claim as soon as they will allow. I assume this was air international and not Xpresspost with tracking.
