It says that it will take 3-7 business days to ship where do i recieve the product

i recently bought a items the waiting period for both items are 3-7 days the postal code is down and everything it has been shipped how do i know when the item has been fully shipped and given out what i mean by that is will it come in the mail i live in an apartment so will i recieve it in the mail there or will something else occur.

Three to seven days to ship is a long time, if this item was not being custom made.

Not every seller uses tracking numbers.

When the postie tries to deliver to you, if he does not need a signature which is unlikely, he will put the item in your mailbox. If there is no room, it depends on the policy of your building.

Some building superintendents will accept parcels for tenants. This is unusual.

Normally, the postie leaves a note in your mailbox telling you where and when you can pickup the item. Usually at the nearest postal outlet, 24 hours later.

The PO will require government issued photo ID to release the parcel.

If the parcel is not delivered by Day 30 after purchase (not shipping, purchase) open an Item Not Delivered dispute and get a refund.
