Lost Items

Ordered a PC bundle from California but, the tracking info hasn't been updated for over a week.

Planning to report to EBay first thing on Monday.  Anyone know a number for PItney Bowers customers service for shipping>

Another thing that may be going on with your package is it's possible it hasn't made its way to the local post office yet. Some sellers may be not going as often or having to make special arrangements to get their parcels to the post office. Scans definitely aren't as frequent/consistent for packages as of late.  You could always message the seller just to confirm what is going on. Right now everything is moving slower because of an assortment of reasons.

What is the window for delivery eBay gave you?

When the last date of that window passes, you can open a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

You have 30 days to do this if the delivery date passes, but nothing will happen until it does.

 

Since you mention Pitney Bowes, I believe your seller uses the Global Shipping Program which offers her strong Seller Protection on exported shipments.

Your parcel goes first to the GSP/PB plant in Erlanger KY.

Have you seen confirmation of delivery to that address?

Once at the plant, the shipment is added to a larger shipment headed to your part of Canada and shipped to the border.

Usually to Mississauga, where it is broken down and shipped via Canada Post to you.

Sometimes other shippers like FedEx and CanPar are used instead.

 

At the KY plant the tracking number is changed to something like UPAxxxxxxxxx.

 

You can use that number to contact the GPS.  Go to the Pitney Bowes Parcel Tracker page at https://parceltracking.pb.com/app/#/dashboard/

 

Unless the last estimated date for delivery has passed, you have nothing to report.
