Ordered an Item as a Guest, Received a tracking Number, now unable to check the actual Shipping?

So few weeks ago I purchased an Item as a guest, and received tracking information about my shippment, However, I've yet to receive the item, and I've been unable to check to see if the Item has been stuck in customs or shipping issues has cropped up.

Has it been at least 20 days since your payment cleared? (30 if you ordered from Asia).

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute. It will probably tell you to wait a little longer for delivery, so mark that date on your calendar.

If the item hasn't arrived by then, escalate your Dispute to a Claim.

Your seller will be required to either prove that the item has been delivered (the actual purpose of the tracking number) or to refund you in full. If the seller does not refund you, eBay/Paypal will.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It won't arrive either. Go for the cash.

Tracking just makes buyers unnecessarily nervous. If it doesn't arrive,you are protected.
