From China "free shipping" and "economy international shipping"...what does this mean.

The item I want to buy is approx. $2. Cdn. and ships from China. I live in Canada.
The seller states free shipping but it also states "economy international shipping."
Am I going to get slammed with shipping costs?

I just did this and can't track my item. Any advice on how to track it?

you can't track the item other than it was sent to you and you won't know when it will arrive until it is in you mail box. They are sent via the slowest boat from China. It really depends on where in the shipping cycle they are in. I've had stuff come early and stuff come past their due date. If you don't get it past your due date contact the seller, I've found that they've been very quick to refund my money when an item didn't show up.
