Hello,
I ordered some items from EBAY on October 10th, it was supposed to be shipped to Canada through GSP. I can see that the parcel was put in transit on October 18 but now, we are December 3 and I still havent' received it. I tried to contact the seller and was supposed to get some sort of follow-up but I haven't received anything yet.
What should be the next steps ?
I do understand that international shipping could take some time but it's been almost 2 months, now.
