Is it possible to change shipping address before item has shipped?

I forgot to change my shipping address in Pay Pal when I purchased the item. Is it possible to do that now before the seller sends the item?

An address update on PayPal prior to paying is fine but if after , seller sees the old one. Contact seller as advised.
