Yes, sending payment again is the right thing to do. You can go to your PayPal account. Find the corresponding transaction. In the transaction details, you will find the seller's email address. Just use the "send money" button on top to send the same amount as the original transaction by using this email (you can copy and paste just to make sure there is no mistake - CTRL+C and CTRL+V).
