Why so many Chinese users ship to USA but refuse to ship to Canada?
Back in May eBay China told mainland ebay China sellers to stop using postal shipping (cheap) for Canada. However, they could still use couriers (expensive) to Canada.
The ebay advisory has supposedly been ended, but the damage has been done.
