SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS

All of my ebay and PenPal documentation shows item to be shipped to my address.  Item shipped/delivered elsewhere (an address to which I had shipped previous purchases from other sellers).    I will now have to pay approx. $30 plus to have it reshipped to me.  Who reimburses me?

Nobody.

When you did not delete that address, you took responsibility for the possible error.

Your seller is required to ship to the Paypal address, although most will contact you if there is a difference between the address on eBay and the address on Paypal, especially during gift giving season. (You can have up to 12 addresses on the same PP account . Yours, your mum's, your godfather's, your Secret Santa ,etc.)

Had you have read my comment properly you will have noticed ALL DOCUMENTATION BY ME and duplicated documents TO me from eBay and PenPal show MY address - the CORRECT shipping address. Somehow in notifying the Seller it would seem PayPal made the mistake of including the shipping address (used once) of a PREVIOUS purchase from another Seller.
