Recently there was an auction for an item that I was interested in, but it said to ask the seller for a shipping quote. I contacted the seller, and they gave me a response saying that they would ship me the item with USPS first class international shipping, but didn’t know the cost. I saw this as a good enough answer and went ahead and bid on the item, and ended up winning.
After the auction closed, I sent the seller a message asking for an invoice so I could pay for the item, and did so again a few days later. It has now been a week since the auction ended, and I still have not heard anything from the seller.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

That information should be available on the 'Order details' page of that purchase.
Also, at checkout you can review your order details before you pay.
Simply select Pay Now in your Purchase history, or select Complete purchase in your order confirmation email .

The seller should cancel the order, but is probably waiting for you to request the cancellation to avoid eBay's cut/fees.
