When will I receive my parcel via Canadian post 'small packet international air' send on 3rd of May'19? The destination is Guwahati in India. The shipment is send from Ontario Canada. It seems there is no tracking for this service, adding to my further anxiety.

I've never sent a package from Canada to India but if I was sending one, I probably wouldn't expect it to arrive for about 3 weeks after it had been shipped.  But I would probably give it at least a month before I filed an item not received claim as some parcels do get delayed.

Unless the seller regularly sends package there they aren't going to know exactly how long it will take either.
