I have created a shipping template that specifies rates for Canada, US and Worldwide respectively. But when I use it in a listing only the Canadian rate shows up in the listing. If the potential buyer selects another country it says contact the seller for rates?? When I try to revise the shipping template, it doesn't display what I originally typed into the template? Very frustrating.
