The usual is 3-4 weeks, maybe sooner, maybe longer, - which is quite a range, yes, but there are a lot of factors. Most stuff from Hong Kong is shipped cheaply and not very quickly. "Standard International Shipping" means cheap-o mail. If you have bought something from there, you really ought to wait at least 4 weeks before wondering where it is.
A few important bits you need to know, though, - any item valued over $20 is subject to duty and taxes, although quite often items travelling through the post just show up at your door. Duties, where applicable, are small, and taxes you pay according to your province. Canada Post charges $8.50 for processing when items are assessed, which is not really all that often. Always be prepared to pay, just in case.
You have 45 days from when you paid to file a claim for 'Item Not Received'. That's just over 6 weeks, so lots of time. If after 4 weeks you have no item, contact the seller to inquire. If by about day 40 you have no item and no refund, you may need to open a claim. Best to do it no later than day 43. The following link tells you all about what to do if there is a problem:

Do not let day 45 pass by. If you are offered a replacement item, those rarely arrive and the promise is used to delay you past the time when you can file to get your money back. So whilst 4 weeks is not an outrageous time to wait for an item, by the 6 week point you will want to file a claim if you still have nothing. A claim can never be reopened if closed, so never close it until you have either your money or your item.
I'm sure that will not be necessary, though, - mail order can be slow, so your new items will likely arrive soon enough, and sometimes all the sweeter for the wait.
