It's 'through' eBay Motors not 'from' eBay Motors.
EBay sells nothing but adspace.
Sounds like a scammer.
You can get your money back.
In addition to eBay, you have Buyer Protection from Paypal.
Have you picked up the car yet?
Do not send any more money.
You are under no obligation to pay more than the agreed to price.

Oh, and make sure you don't send any money via MoneyOrder or anything else like that. It needs to be a payment source that protects you, like paypal.

No Ebay staff is here, i don't know the motors rules.
