Tracking pacage

I’m trying to track this package and I can’t 08-04798-59217

The package is going from Canada to Portugal? The tracking number is missing letters and/or numbers. Did the seller state which service they were using?  If it was Canada Post small packets then there is no tracking to Portugal.

You could message your seller to confirm the tracking number. They may have just made a typo if they entered in manually. Happens to all of us from time to time.

Tracking numbers are comprised of either:

• 16 numeric digits (0000 0000 0000 0000), or:
• 13 numeric and alphabetic characters (AA 000 000 000 AA)

Are you able to share where the package was shipped from (Country) or does it specify the courier that they would be using?
