I am new to ebay selling and just shipped my first sold item. I have marked the item as shipped and was wondering if the buyer is automatically notified that the item has been shipped?
If you used Paypal shipping system, then yes, they will send email to buyer. If you just marked "as shipped" on your personal ebay page, buyer can see it as shipped, but there is no notification
