What Post company starts with SYL?
tracking no. SYL24082476MY
Thanks,
maasya post ,another orient **bleep** company specialized in big delays and loss
Hi,
I've received a tracking number in the same format too, a few weeks ago. This appears to be an express service run by Malaysia Post. It can be tracked on their official website (http://www.pos.com.my/ ), but this can take about 15 days before any notice of your package becomes available; mine only showed up 12 days after it was shipped.

Ask your seller who they used for shipping.
MY - is the country code for Malaysia
Their post office tracking numbers are 2 letters + 9 numbers + MY
so this would not be a correct number for them.
If your package hasn't arrived, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute.
Allow 20 days for delivery from North America and 30 days from Asia.
The first step will be to contact the seller.
Ask him the date of shipment, the company and service used, and the tracking number (again, but he should have it handy).
If the reply is unsatisfactory*, go on to Step Two.
Tracking does nothing for the buyer. It does not speed the item. It does not protect the item from hard handling. It does not insure the item.
It protects the SELLER from false claims of non-delivery. That's all.
*A promise of a replacement, especially from an Asian seller, is always unsatisfactory. This is a prime reason to escalate your Claim.
