I live in Canada and I have a customer who lives in Malaysia,and I am not sure if the item will be delivered>
I've shipped exactly one item to Malaysia recently and it was delivered via Tracked Packet without incident.
Some posters use the destination list at shipsurance.com as a guide.
Basically if they won't insure the item, those sellers will not ship.
And you may want to use a third party like shipinsurance* rather than postal insurance and tracking.
If there is a problem (crossing fingers and toes) you ignore eBay, pay off the unhappy customer, and go to the insurer with your claim.
* I never have because I use a different company for high value items.

I suspect it depends where in the country the customer is located. My success rate is 1 of 1 (not a very big sample).
