If all three items were purchased from the same seller, normally the seller would be happy to cooperate. Use Contact Seller on the original listing to make your request.
However.
If the seller is in the US or the UK and used the Global Shipping Program*, she cannot help you. Such items must be shipped separately.
EBay is not a store. It is a venue were millions of different sellers advertise their wares.
If you purchased from more than one seller, shipping together is not possible.
* Canadians hate the GSP. This is only one of many reasons for that hatred.
This is something that has evolved with the Global Shipping Program. In the beginning, combined postage from the same seller was not possible unless a buyer purchased two of the exact same item and even then it was dicey. At some point, the folks behind the GSP realized the inability to combine items from a single seller into a single order was a deal-killer and figured out a way to address it.
But I doubt the original poster's question was about GSP. I suspect that she bought three items from three different sellers and then hoped they would all arrive in tandem with one another as if it was a Fulfilled by the River order.
