You don't.

For a buyer, tracking is expensive and totally useless.

On inexpensive items, most sellers don't bother with it even though it is one of the strongest protections for sellers available.

The postal system is very good at its job. As are courier delivery systems. There may be some delays but your parcel will arrive.

From the USA allow 20 days from cleared payment. (It can take up to 10 days for a Paypal payment from a bank account to clear.)

On Day 20, contact your seller. But this is just for polite, since he can't do anything.

He shipped your purchase to the PB/GSP plant in Kentucky. Once that is shown as arriving, his responsibility ends.

GSP then puts your purchase and hundreds of others on a truck heading for Canada.

They have a tracking number on it for their internal processes. This may or may not be publicly accessible.

It doesn't matter.

When the purchases arrives at your door, the GPS tracking number will show it delivered. Both GPS and your seller are now protected against fraudulent claims of non-deliver. The tracking (probably actually Confirmation of Delivery) has done its job.

If the item has not arrived after 20 days, which is plenty within North America, go to the bottom of this page and file an Item Not Received Dispute in the Resolution Centre.
